Durable PA66+30%GF Brackets: Cost-Effective Metal Alternative

This product we made is for a Canada customer, we have been co-worked at least 3years. The company named :Container modification world. They are the expert in this filed that develop kinds of brackets that used in the container instead of using the metal brackets.

So for this product we made, I want to give the more details below.

• Composite Material: PA66+30%GF-V0 (66 is the nylon resin, 30% Glass Filled and V0 is the fire resistance), this material is a very strong material created by Japan Toray inc and also that can fully replace the metal brackets. It is quite economical to help you save much money.

• Material chosen: we ever coworked with our customer to identify many, since this product work condition is under warm and cold environment, so general materials can’t meet these requirements. Per our over 20yearts injection molding experience, we directly recommended this material, coz we know this material.

This composite version is more durable and also prevents thermal conductivity helping you keep the interior of your container cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

• High Strength and Stiffness: The addition of 30% glass fiber significantly enhances the mechanical properties of PA66, including tensile strength, stiffness, and impact resistance 

• Cost saving: Against the metal bracket, there is 50% cost saving to use the plastic bracket instead.
